For the customer pickup process, we recommend using a pickup truck (normal bed size and empty), trailer (ratchet straps), larger SUV (all rows of seats down) or minivan (seats down) to ensure you have enough space for transporting the inflatable. Pickup will take place at our warehouse on Friday and drop-off will be on Monday at the same location. Exact pickup and drop-off times and our warehouse address will be provided during the week of your event. Since the inflatables are heavy, we advise having 2-3 strong individuals available to assist with unloading, setup and especially takedown (rolling and reloading) the inflatable. We will have somebody at the warehouse to help load the inflatable into your vehicle. All necessary equipment will be provided (santatized inflatable, blower, stakes and a tarp (for water units).
