Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the base price includes delivery and set-up. Jump Around Rentals is based out of Appleton and delivery to most surrounding cities within 15 miles are included. However, there may be an additional delivery charge to other cities outside of the 15 mile radius.
Weather Policy
Jump Around Rentals monitors the weather closely to prioritize the safety of our clients and staff. We do not cancel reservations solely due to rain. If rain is forecasted, the decision to proceed is left up to you. However, if dangerous weather conditions are expected—such as winds over 20mph, thunderstorms, or hail—we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. In those cases, you may choose to reschedule and apply your deposit to a future date, or request a refund.

Cancellations (Non-Weather Related)
If you need to cancel your reservation for reasons unrelated to weather, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled event are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event may have the deposit applied to a future reservation within the same calendar year. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, the inflatable is held for your date and is not offered to other clients.

Refund Policy
For any cancellations, whether due to weather or other reasons, Jump Around Rentals reserves the right to retain up to 20% of your payment to cover credit card processing fees and administrative time. Refunds or credits are issued based on the timing and nature of the cancellation, as outlined above.
Our clients are not responsible for normal wear and tear that the inflatables experience. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want either of us to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial the safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. Also, you can elect to purchase the Damage Waiver for only 10% of the rental cost.
